Glad AI provides tools for creating, optimizing, and scheduling professional content, including AI-assisted text and visual generation, analytics, and workflow automation. We may add, remove, or modify features at any time without prior notice.

4. Accounts and Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information and to notify us promptly of any unauthorized use of your account.

5. User Content, Inputs, and Outputs

**Inputs:** "User Content" includes any text, images, files, brand assets, or other materials you upload, submit, or provide to the Service ("Input"). You retain all ownership rights in your Input.

**Outputs:** Subject to your compliance with these Terms, Glad AI assigns to you all its right, title, and interest in and to the content generated by the Service based on your Input ("Output"). This means you own the content the AI creates for you to the extent permitted by applicable law.

You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary rights to use all Input provided to the Service, and that your use of the Service does not violate any third-party rights.

6. License to Operate and Data Usage

You grant Glad AI a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, process, reproduce, and display your User Content solely to provide, maintain, and improve the Service, and to fulfill your requests.

**AI Training:** We do not use your proprietary User Content or specific brand assets to train our general public artificial intelligence models without your explicit permission. Your data is processed to generate Output for your specific use case.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the Service. Prohibited activities include:

• Violating any law, regulation, or third-party rights (including intellectual property rights).
• Generating content that is infringing, deceptive, defamatory, pornographic, or harmful.
• Reverse engineering, scraping, or circumventing access controls.
• Overburdening the Service by exceeding reasonable usage limits or bypassing rate limits.
• Using the Service to build a competing product or service.

8. AI Output and Human Review

The Service utilizes artificial intelligence. You acknowledge that: (i) AI Output may be inaccurate, incomplete, or misleading; (ii) Output may not be unique and other users may receive similar results; and (iii) You are solely responsible for reviewing, verifying, and editing all Outputs before publication. Glad AI is not liable for any errors or omissions in the Output.

9. Third-Party Services

The Service may integrate with third-party platforms (such as LinkedIn). Your use of third-party services is governed by their terms. Glad AI is not responsible for the availability or accuracy of such third-party services.

10. Fees, Billing, and Cancellation

If you purchase a subscription, you authorize us to charge the applicable fees to your payment method. Subscription plans renew automatically unless canceled prior to the renewal date.

You may cancel at any time via your account settings. Payments are non-refundable, and we do not provide refunds or credits for any partial subscription periods or unused services, except where required by law.

11. Intellectual Property

The Service (excluding your User Content) is owned by Glad AI. You may not copy, modify, or create derivative works from the Service software or design. Feedback provided by you is voluntary and may be used by Glad AI without restriction or compensation.

12. Copyright Infringement

If you believe that material on the Service infringes your copyright, please contact us at info@iamglad.ai. We will respond to valid notices of alleged infringement in accordance with applicable laws.

13. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for any reason, including violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately.

14. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. Glad AI does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

15. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Glad AI will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. In no event will Glad AI's total liability exceed the greater of $100 or the amounts you paid to Glad AI in the 12 months prior to the claim.

16. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify Glad AI from any claims, damages, or losses arising out of your use of the Service, your User Content, or your violation of these Terms.

17. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Your continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

18. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where Glad AI is headquartered, without regard to conflict of law principles.
