What counts

Chatting is free. Work counts.

Counts as a task

  • A request where Glad uses one of your connected tools
  • A request where Glad produces a document
  • A /deep run counts as 5 tasks, and Glad asks before it starts one

Free

  • Conversation with Glad
  • Approving or denying an action
  • A run that delivers no result

Top-ups

$15 for 50 tasks

Running low before the period ends? Buy a top-up from the console. It's valid until the end of the current billing period. Top-ups need a paid plan.

Questions

What counts as a task?

One request where Glad uses one of your tools or produces a document.

How many tasks does a /deep run use?

Five. Glad asks before it starts one, so you decide each time.

What is free?

Talking with Glad, approving or denying its actions, and any run that delivers no result. None of these use a task.

Do we pay per person?

No. The price is per Slack workspace, however many people use Glad.

Do bigger plans unlock more features?

No. Every plan has every feature. Bigger plans include more tasks a month.

What happens when we reach the limit?

Your admin gets a notice at 80% of the month's tasks. At 100%, the workspace goes read-only: Glad still answers in conversation but uses no tools. The admin can wait for the next period, upgrade, or buy a top-up. There's never an overage bill.

How does the trial work?

The trial starts when you add Glad to Slack. It includes 50 tasks, once; they don't reset. No card is needed.

Do unused tasks roll over?

No. Each month starts with your plan's full number of tasks, and top-ups end with the period they were bought in.
