The AI agent for agencies that run on Slack
Mention @Glad in a client thread. It logs the hours in Jira, drafts the status update or pulls the late invoices from QuickBooks, and replies where you asked.

The admin that comes after every client call
Every call leaves the same jobs behind: log the hours, update the ticket, send the recap. They get done at 7pm, by whoever cares most.
Lookups run straight away. So do private Gmail drafts.
A logged hour waits for your yes. So does a deal stage, or anything a client could see.

Add Glad to Slack
There's no workflow to build and no setup call. Invite it to the client channels you want it in, and only those.
- 02
Connect your own accounts
Jira, HubSpot, QuickBooks, Gmail: each person connects their own, so an hour logged or an email sent carries the right name.

Ask in the client thread
Plain words, where the work already is. Glad replies in the same thread, so the account team sees the answer too.
One Glad for every account
Account leads, designers, developers and finance all ask the same Glad, in the channels they already use. The answer stays in the thread, so whoever picks up the account next sees it too.
- When Theo is on holiday, whoever covers Oddbird scrolls #oddbird and finds every answer Glad gave.
- Tell it once that Hannah wants her updates as three bullets, and your next draft comes that way.
- The developer who joins the account next week asks the same Glad from day one.

What does an AI agent do for an agency?
It takes the admin around the client work: logging hours in Jira, drafting the weekly status update, updating the deal after a pitch, prepping for a client call. With Glad you ask in the client's Slack thread and the result lands there.
How much does Glad cost for an agency?
One price for the whole workspace, from $49 a month for 250 tasks. A task is one request where Glad uses a tool or makes a document, so logging Ravi's hours is one. Chatting is free, and adding people never costs a seat.
What happens when we use all our tasks?
Glad keeps answering but stops using tools until next month, an upgrade or a $15 top-up of 50 tasks. Every admin gets a Slack message at 80% and at 100%, and there's never an overage bill.
Will Glad email a client without asking?
No. It reads without asking and can leave a draft in your Gmail that only you see. Sending an email, posting in a channel or changing a ticket waits for your yes in the thread.
Can Glad log time in Jira?
Yes. Tell it the issue and the hours, and once you say yes it logs them under your own Jira account.
Who sees what Glad remembers about a client?
What you tell it goes on your own memory list, which only you can see. Shared memories for a channel or the whole workspace are visible to every member, and admins change them.
Does Glad train AI models on client data?
No, we never train models on your data or your clients'. Everything is stored in the EU, and we'll sign a DPA you can show the client.
Does Glad build sites or write code?
No. It files the Jira issue and comments on the GitHub pull request, and your developers write the fix.
