Terms of service

These terms are between Trueguard OÜ, registry code 17143347, Valukoja tn 8/2, Lasnamäe linnaosa, 11415 Tallinn, Harju maakond, Estonia, and the customer: the organisation that installs Glad in its Slack workspace.

The person who installs Glad confirms they may bind that organisation.

Glad is an AI teammate in Slack. It does tasks with the apps you connect and reports back in the thread.

One Slack workspace is one account. You sign in with Slack. Enterprise Grid org-wide installs are not supported.

The customer is responsible for what its members do with Glad.

• Do not use Glad for anything unlawful.
• Do not abuse or harass anyone.
• Do not try to get around limits or security.
• Do not resell Glad without our permission.
• Do not use Glad or its output to build a competing model.

The customer owns its data and the output Glad produces.

We process customer data as described in the privacy policy and the subprocessor list. We do not train models on your data.

AI output can be wrong. Review it before you rely on it.

Slack, Composio and the apps you connect have their own terms. We are not responsible for them.

Actions Glad takes in those apps are taken on the customer's behalf, including the ones members approve.

Glad acts in the apps you connect, with the permissions the customer and its members give it. The customer is responsible for those permissions, for the requests its members make, and for the actions its members approve.

Glad asks for approval before an action that cannot be undone. Check what an approval will do before you approve it.

Paid plans are billed in advance through Stripe at the prices shown in the console. Any trial or included usage is as shown in the console. Taxes are extra.

We do not refund partial periods unless the law requires it. Price changes apply from the next billing period after we give notice.

The customer can cancel or delete the workspace at any time. We may suspend or end the service for non-payment, a breach of these terms, or a security risk.

After termination, data is handled as the privacy policy describes.

To the extent the law allows, the service is provided "as is".

Our total liability is limited to the fees the customer paid in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.

These limits do not apply where the law does not allow them, such as for intent or gross negligence.

These terms are governed by the laws of Estonia. Disputes go to Harju County Court in Tallinn.

We give notice before material changes. If you keep using Glad after that, you accept the changes.

Neither party is liable for a delay or failure caused by events outside its reasonable control.

The customer may not transfer this agreement without our written consent. We may transfer it to a successor of our business.

These terms, the privacy policy and the subprocessor list are the whole agreement about Glad. If a part of these terms is not enforceable, the rest still applies.
