The AI agent for business operations, in Slack

Every team can mention @Glad in Slack. Finance asks it to chase invoices in QuickBooks, sales asks it to update HubSpot, and it replies in the thread with the result.

@Glad which invoices are more than 30 days overdue? Draft the reminders, don't send them.

Nine, $18,450 in total. Quayside Hotels owes the most: $6,200 across two invoices. The list is attached as a CSV, and nine drafts are waiting in your Gmail.

The jobs every team keeps putting off

Six requests from six desks in one workspace.

Lookups come straight back. So do drafts only you can see.

The rest waits for a yes. Anything finance, sales or a customer would notice.

Why Glad

Every team sees what Glad did and who said yes

Most AI tools sit in one person's sidebar, and what they do stays there. Glad works in the channels your teams already share.

  • When Tuula asks for a ticket and Kofi asks for a deal update, everyone in the channel sees both.
  • It all comes out of one workspace price.
  • Adding a team doesn't add a seat.

Anything your team will see waits for a yes

Glad shows the exact action in the thread and runs it once the right person approves. Messages to other people and channel posts always ask.

How approvals work
  • Kofi approved HubSpot: add note10:42
  • Tuula approved Jira: create issue10:39
  • Bram ran QuickBooks: list invoices09:15

A log nobody can edit

Every tool run and approval, with who gave it and when, exportable as a CSV. Per-person task limits mean one busy rep can't use up the month for everyone.

What IT will ask for

Your data is stored in the EU and never used to train models. People sign in with Slack, and Glad sees only the channels it's invited to.

Pick the team that chases the most, like finance on a Friday.

  3. 03

    Set the limits

Admins choose which tools Glad may use and how many tasks each person gets.

Invite Glad to the next team's channel

Sales connects its own HubSpot logins, and the limits you set in step 3 already apply.

Questions

Something else? Write to info@iamglad.ai.

What can an AI agent do for business operations?

The work that sits between apps, like chasing invoices in QuickBooks or filing a Jira ticket from a complaint. With Glad, anyone on the team asks in Slack and gets the result in the thread.

How much does Glad cost for a company with several teams?

$249 a month for 1,750 tasks on the Business plan, shared by the whole workspace. A task is one request where Glad uses a tool or makes a document, and chatting is free. Admins hear about it at 80%, and at 100% Glad stops using tools until next month or a top-up. There's never an overage bill. Need more? Email info@iamglad.ai for a custom plan.

How do per-person limits work?

Admins set a default number of tasks for each member and can raise or lower it for one person. At their limit, Glad still talks with that person but stops using tools for them until the month resets.

What's in the audit log, and how long is it kept?

Every tool run and approval, plus sign-ins, role changes, connections, memory changes and billing events. Entries can't be edited or removed, and admins can filter, export them as a CSV and look back 400 days.

Can admins decide which tools need approval?

Yes. An admin can mark a tool as always allowed. Messages to other people and posts in a channel still ask every time.

Who can connect a shared account?

Anyone can connect one, but an admin has to approve it before the team can use it. Everyone else connects their own accounts.

Where is our data stored?

In the EU. We never train models on your data, and we sign a DPA with SCCs.

Does Glad work in Slack Connect channels?

Yes. Members of your workspace can ask Glad and approve its actions there.
