The AI agent for startups that run on Slack
Mention @Glad in a Slack thread. It does the job in Stripe, HubSpot, Linear or GitHub and replies with the result.

- $49/mo
- tasks a month, no seats

- over the limit. It stops.

Your first 50 tasks are free. No card needed.
The jobs nobody was hired to do
Somebody on a team of six still has to chase the failed payment and update HubSpot after the call. Usually it's you.
Reads run straight away. So do drafts only you can see.
Changes wait for a yes. Anything that changes shared data or sends something.

Add Glad to Slack
There's no setup call, and Glad joins only the channels you invite it to.
- 02
Connect your own accounts
Stripe, HubSpot, Linear, GitHub, Gmail: each person connects their own, so Glad acts as you and nobody shares a login.
- 03
Ask in a thread
Plain words, any channel. Glad replies where you asked, and asks before it changes anything your team will see.
The whole team asks the same Glad
Glad works in your shared channels. Ines asks about a deal, Joe asks for an issue, Bram asks why a payment failed, and the answer lands in the thread where everyone can see it.
- No pasting the thread into a chat window and the answer back out.
- Everyone acts from their own accounts, so nobody shares a login.
- Your next hire doesn't change the bill.

One price for everyone. It stops at the limit.
Viktor bills in credits, and its pricing page puts a quick job at 100 to 300 of them (checked 8 October 2026). Glad charges per workspace and stops at the limit instead of billing more.

What does an AI agent do for a startup?
The small jobs that pull you out of the product: checking Stripe, updating HubSpot after a call, turning a bug thread into a Linear issue, prepping for a meeting. With Glad you ask in Slack and get the result in the same thread.
How much does Glad cost for a startup?
$49 a month for 250 tasks, and that price covers everyone in the workspace. A task is one request where Glad uses a tool or makes a document, and chatting with it is free.
What happens when we hit the limit?
Glad stops using tools until the next month, an upgrade or a $15 top-up of 50 tasks. Your admins get a Slack message at 80% and at 100%. We never send an overage bill.
We're four people. Is it worth it?
Yes, if one of you loses an hour a week to jobs like the six above. Four people pay the same $49 as forty, and the first 50 tasks are free, so a week of real requests will tell you.
Do we need a technical person to set it up?
No. Adding Glad to Slack takes two minutes, and each person connects their own apps with a sign-in. The person who adds it becomes the admin.
Will it send emails or change things without asking?
No. Glad reads without asking, and it can leave you a private draft. Anything that changes shared data or sends something, such as a HubSpot update or an email, waits for a yes in the thread.
Does Glad write code?
No. It files the issue and comments on the pull request; the fix is yours.
Does Glad train AI models on our data?
No, we never train models on your data. It's stored in the EU, and we sign a DPA.
Hand it the next thing on your list
Give it the job you'd have done tonight. The first 50 tasks are free, and we won't ask for a card.
