Glad is operated by Trueguard OÜ, registry code 17143347, Valukoja tn 8/2, Lasnamäe linnaosa, 11415 Tallinn, Harju maakond, Estonia. You can reach us at info@iamglad.ai.

Trueguard is the controller for console accounts, billing and security records. For the content of a workspace, such as tasks and memories, we process data on behalf of the customer organisation that installed Glad.

• Slack member IDs and display names.
• Task requests, the prompts built from them, and the output of the tools Glad uses, including text read from files members share.
• Memories: their content, scope, who wrote them, and the task that created them.
• Records of security and billing actions.
• Sign-in session data.
• Subscription and billing data, which is handled by Stripe.

• To provide the service: performance of a contract.
• To keep the service secure and keep an audit trail: our legitimate interest.
• To keep billing records: a legal obligation.

We do not train models on your data.

The application and its database are hosted by OVH in France, so your data is stored in the EU.

Model inference, tool calls to the apps you connect, and Slack itself are handled by vendors in the United States. See the subprocessor list for what each one handles. We only use inference providers whose terms say they do not train on or retain your data. The content of files that Glad reads goes to these inference providers, and to an app you connect only when a task sends the file there.

Files that pass through an app you connect are held by Composio for up to 24 hours.

Stripe, in the United States, processes payments. Transfers outside the EU rely on appropriate safeguards, such as the Standard Contractual Clauses or the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, as offered by each vendor.

Glad reads the Slack messages it needs to do a task, such as the thread where someone mentions it, and posts its replies there. It reads member names and IDs to know who asked.

Glad reads files (text, PDF, images and Word files, up to 10 MB) that members share where they ask Glad. It can create CSV, text and Markdown files in the thread of the person who asked. Glad stores no files; Slack keeps Slack files. Text read from a file is kept with the task, as described below.

We do not sell Slack data, we do not use it for advertising, and we do not use it to train AI models.

When you remove Glad from Slack, it stops reading and posting. The data it already stored stays until a workspace admin deletes the workspace in the console, or asks us to delete it.

• Task content: until the workspace is deleted.
• Memories: until a user permanently deletes them in the console, or the workspace is deleted.
• Records of security and billing actions: 400 days.
• Billing records: after the workspace is deleted, for as long as Estonian accounting law requires.

You have the right to access, correct, erase, restrict and object to the processing of your data, and to receive it in a portable format.

Workspace admins can export the workspace data and delete the workspace in the console. For other requests, write to info@iamglad.ai. If you use Glad through your employer's workspace, we may pass the request to them.

You can complain to the Estonian Data Protection Inspectorate (Andmekaitse Inspektsioon) at www.aki.ee.

The data of each workspace is kept separate from the data of every other workspace. Connections to Glad are encrypted in transit.

Glad asks a person in your workspace to approve an action before it does something that cannot be undone, such as sending an email or deleting a record.

We use only strictly necessary cookies, to sign you in to the console. We use no analytics or advertising cookies.

Glad is a service for organisations. It is not meant for anyone under 16, and we do not knowingly process their data.

We update this page and its effective date when this policy changes. For material changes, we notify workspace admins.
