The weekly sales report in Slack, from HubSpot and QuickBooks
It's Sunday night. Maya wants the week's numbers before the Monday meeting, and they live in two places: the deals in HubSpot and the invoices in QuickBooks. Last week the report took Dee an hour and two spreadsheets.
For a weekly sales report in Slack with AI, mention @Glad and name the week. Glad reads the deals in HubSpot and the invoices in QuickBooks through your own accounts and replies with one short report. It only reads, so there's nothing to approve.

How to get the weekly report from Glad
- 01
Connect your own HubSpot and QuickBooks accounts
An admin can share one QuickBooks connection with the team if only finance has a login.
- 02
Ask @Glad in your leadership or sales channel, and name the week, like "last week" or "1 to 7 November"
- 03
Tell Glad once how you want the report, for example "in USD, without trial accounts", and ask it to remember
It uses that every week after.
- 04
Ask for the report as a Markdown or CSV file if you want to keep it or paste it into the board update

Other tools
HubSpot and QuickBooks each have their own reports and dashboards, and either can be shared by email. On Business+ and Enterprise+, Slack's Workflow Builder can add AI steps that summarize channels for a weekly recap.

Questions

Can Glad send the weekly report automatically every Monday?
Glad writes the report when you ask, not on a schedule. Ask on Sunday night or Monday morning, and it's in the thread a moment later.
Which numbers can the report include?
Anything HubSpot and QuickBooks hold that your own login can see: deals by stage, owner, amount and close date, won and lost reasons, invoices, payments and balances. Tell Glad what to include and it leaves out the rest.
Does Glad change anything in HubSpot or QuickBooks?
No, not for a report. It only reads. If you ask for a follow-up, like a task on a slipped deal, that change waits for your yes in the thread.
Can Glad compare this week with earlier weeks?
Yes. Ask for the last four weeks, or the same week last year, and Glad reads the deals and invoices for each period and shows the difference.
Can I get the report as a file?
Yes. Ask for a Markdown, text or CSV file and Glad attaches it in the thread, ready to paste into the board update.
How much does a weekly report cost?
One task, even though Glad reads two tools. That's four or five a month, out of the 250 tasks Starter gives the whole workspace for $49.
