"@Glad which OB issues in Jira have a merged pull request but still sit in In Review?" Glad matches the issue keys in the pull request titles against the Jira board and lists the ones that are done but not moved. Ask it to move them, and it shows the changes on a card first. See Jira.
"@Glad write this week's update for Oddbird from what merged on oddbird-site, and add it to their Notion page." Glad reads the merged pull requests, writes the changes in words a client follows, and adds the update to Notion after your yes. Summarize standup updates in Slack shows the same kind of summary for the team.

GitHub's app posts repository notifications to a channel you subscribe with /github subscribe, and its Copilot cloud agent writes code from a thread. Glad answers the questions around the code ("is it merged?", "who's reviewing?") and connects GitHub to Jira, Notion or Gmail in the same request.
